- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have acupuncture at least once a month, I have it for my knee, and to help with hot flushes (HRT) I also have the herbs for hrt, which help control my flushes. I find acupuncture very relaxing, I feel that I respond very well to the treatment. I don't like needles but must say I just close my eyes and relax, I would certainly recommend that if you have any problems to give this ago, I believe it doesn't work for everyone but it certainly does for me.
