- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been patients at this surgery for a number of years, and have always found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Dr K is always calm, to the point, courteous, friendly and very professional - he removed a small cyst from my mouth today. The local, removal, and stitch seemed to take a couple of mins and I was on my way back to work. He has been great with my asthmatic son and has always put him at ease, as have the nurses. I write this to balance the negative experience below, because it portrays an unfair picture on its own, I feel.. I will, and have, recommended this surgery, which has resulted in people transferring to Dr K's practice.by andrew plantNovember 23, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have just sat in this joke of a surgery for an hour and 15 mins, my appt was for 4:30 come 5:45 i still had not been seen, so i asked the reception staff what was going on and to my amazement they told me that i hadnt booked in properly so they didnt know i was there. are these morons blind i was sat right in front of the reception desk with my little girl for an hour and 15 mins and no one said a word to me about not booking in right this place is a complete joke the same thing happened with my wife and our son who was very ill at the time and they did nothing to help, i am desperate to find a better place and am livid that i wasted all that time when someone could of just come over and asked, i still didnt get to see the nurse i have had enough of being treated with total contempt by this stuck surgery please please do not join this place you will be very dissappointed.by A Google UserApril 28, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been a patient here for a while now and im actually getting anoid with the booking system, how suddenly you have to call at 8am to get an appointment!, some people can't call at 8am as im on a shift pattern that doesn't allow me to take a break, staff not helpful even though told my problem which is a serious one not an half assed cold!!!
