  I will start from the appointment where I was explained about the feeding's and was given an appointment.On reaching the clinic I could see that doctor was running behind the schedule because of over crowded waiting room. I could understand waiting for 30 minutes would be ok BUT I had to wait for 90 mins with my child crying for a feed for 5 hours and 30 mins now. At this point my child name was called and we were rushed to the Ward where they gave him anaesthesia without explaining me anything and then told me to wait outside for 20 mins. After about 20-25 mins I was called on the bed where my son was wrapped in a Red blanket with no heart monitoring machines attached.I was asked to wake him up and feed him so they can discharge us. I started talking to my partner complaining about not monitoring heart rate and that's when somebody heard and came in to switch on the heart monitoring machine. On leaving the clinic we were handed a leaflet which explains what to expect. on arriving home my Son started crying as they didn't gave him any paracetamol nor asked us to give it right away. First of all the lady on the reception is complete useless and has no idea what to do in the situation nor she explained any thing to us. The doctors were moving here and there like headless chickens making videos for the parents of the procedures. I am considering putting in a formal complain so that no body experiences what i have gone through. From my experience i would never recommend anybody to go there and avoid it like a plague.
