- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Absolutely useless. Prescribed a cheaper medicine for my 4 month old which noone stocks and when asked to change the prescription after visiting 3 pharmacies got told I need to come back as the doctors are too busy to change it there and then. After a few mins of arguing the receptionist disappeared for 5 mins and came back with the correct prescription. Why couldn't they just have done that to begin with, it's a 4 month old baby for christ sake!! Receptionists here are the worst I have ever experienced.by Rich HawkinsOctober 23, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Fed up of getting spoken too like an idiot by whoever answered the phone this morning (11:14am 22/08/17) This woman needs some people's skills training. She was right and everyone else was completely wrong and when I tried to explain something she wouldn't listen and kept talking over me. This isn't the first time either. I dreaded ringing to speak with staff for years just incase she answers.. By the way, all the other staff are very polite, helpful and have a brilliant friendly attitude.by Wez HackettMarch 19, 2017
