- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would give 0 stars if it was possible! We've just gone into this store looking for a Hamster. We saw which one we wanted to bring home with us and proceeded to ask for assistance. Wish I hadn't bothered. We were met by nothing but moans and groans from Rob (we think) while looking at the time on his iPad. He then told us it was too late to get a Hamster! I'm sorry, is this some sort of joke?! So now, there is a Hamster without a home and a family without a Hamster. Too notch customer care there! The doors are open til 6 and you are paid until 6.
